Focusing on the Technology Adaptation Life Cycle, he demonstrates how market forces are driving the need for radical shifts in market strategy and prescribes appropriate tactics for succeeding in each stage of the cycle. Moore is a frequent speaker and lecturer at industry conferences and business schools.
