Mike Vance was named by USA Today as one of the five most requested speakers in the U.S. He co-founded the Creative Thinking Association of America. His environmental design company, Vance Design, is noted for creating unique work environments for clients around the world. For seven years, Mike headed the idea and people development at Walt Disney Studio, Disneyland and Walt Disney World. He worked in the planning stages for EPCOT. Walt Disney himself said: "Mike is one of the most creative guys I've met. He'll take you down new roads."
