Thousands of people across corporate America have heard Boris Brott's interactive presentation as he draws comparisons between business organizations and symphony orchestras. Boris draws out the comparison of teamwork and leadership; the need for creativity within an organization; the joy of communication and the achievement of success, all through the medium of music. Audiences hear of Beethoven's struggle, his quest for perfection and passages from some of his best known works. The program comes to a conclusion as the audience, using their individual tonebars, plays Beethoven's Ode to Joy, as Boris "conducts" them in this informative educational, and fun-filled presentation. Brott is currently conducting both the Ventura County California Symphony and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
