In 1982, Bob Newhart brought his patented stutter and unique timing back to network audiences with Newhart which ran until September of 1990. His most recent films were The Rescuers Down Under, In & Out, and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. There is also a concert video 'Bob Newhart: Off the Record,' released in 1993. He starred in the TV series 'Bob' (1992-1993) and 'George & Leo' (1997-1998), and appeared on 'Murphy Brown' as Dr. Bob Hartley and on 'The Simpsons' as Himself. He and wife Virginia Quinn have been married since 1964. Bob recently received a star on Walk of Fame in Hollywood.
